Grown from Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, each bean is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried on raised beds to preserve its natural depth. The result is a luscious cup with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar—a perfectly balanced, medium-dark roast for those who crave bold flavor with smooth, satisfying sweetness.
